Crusaders given a make over!
When we took on the Magister Militum 10mm ranges, we quickly decided that our work would fall into two parts. Firstly, to ensure that the supply of these wonderful sculpts would be maintained, and secondly to expand and, hopefully, improve and expand the available offer.

Both are huge tasks, but the second part is very daunting. I am delighted to say that the results of our first efforts are now available in the form of the Crusaders range. What you see here will form the template of how we see Tenth Legion ranges will be presented in future. The most important feature is our move to supplying figures in strips. Yes, it’s a wee bit controversial in some quarters, but this really does make things a lot easier at every stage, from painting to basing. Here is an example of what to expect:

But reformatting is only part of the process. We are remoulding lots of older figures, and our process requires a lot less venting of those moulds, so you will see less of those annoying little tabs of metal attached to the castings. We are also adding to and expanding the range when it is required. So, the Franks get spearmen, crossbowmen and some wonderful personality figures which no self-respecting Crusade could do without!

This is the first of what will be a continuing process, so please do check these out and let us know what you think. https://www.tenthlegion.uk/catalogue/TenthLegion/Crusades/Franks/

While we won’t be at the upcoming Partizan show with the Tenth Legion ranges, we can accept order for collection from the Baccus 6mm stand at the show, so if you want to save some postage, the Cart has an option for you to do just that. We will have some of the new figures available for you to look at, so please do come along and introduce yourself.
